Well, recently i've bought some blank JCOP cards, now i was wondering what device i should buy to write on the blank cards. Currently im living in the NL. We don't swipe as you might know. I was thinking about getting the OMNIKEY 3121. i understood that this device only writes tracks to the chip Or do i need to buy MSR which writes on magnetic stripe in combination with the OmniKey which writes on chip? Correct me if i'm wrong, i don't see the point of getting an MSR, as Omnikey can also write track 1 and 2 What i learned so far is that Track 1 & Track 2 has to be written on the magnetic stripe and chip as well As you might realize it's really confusing for me. Hopefully you're willing to enlighten me up. summarized: What devices do you recommend getting Could you explain a little about tracks, chip and stripe God, i feel like such an idiot. The dump you purchased and withdraw money off, same country as the dump? Correct me if i'm wrong but this could be a safety block. For example, if the card has been used on 14:15 in country A and suddenly there is a transaction in country B at 14:20 That may trigger a card block.
